We Revolutioize Membrane Cleaning Doing More, With Less
The NuCleen Difference
New Technology allows Membranes to be cleaned Faster and Better While Using Less Inputs
Membranes used in water purification units work through reverse osmosis method. Reverse osmosis membranes become fouled over time due to mineral fouling and insoluble organic matters. Currently, onsite cleaning will be used periodically to solve the problem, where acid or alkaline membrane cleaners will be used to remove mineral and biological congestions. Our innovation is more effective than the methods used by competitors. Also, there is no technology in the field of RO membrane restoration.
We using multi-layered Nano-bubble to restore worn-out membranes in industrial water purification systems (never done before) and enhanced membrane cleaning resulting in an increase of the membranes life span by 20% compared to the conventional method. Also, our technology delays depreciation of industrial equipment and reduces the consumption of chemical materials which is a strength and proof of positive innovation for the environment.
Multi-Dimensional Membrane Cleaning
Dual CIP approach – two-layer bubbles generation by chemical & physical means to agitate & remove membrane foulants
Excellent Wash
This method removes even the primary nuclei of scale formation and removing fouling particles that will act as initial core for future fouling leads to an increase in cleaning efficiency
Cleaning Each Membrane
Cleaning is possible in a range from soft washing (low-performance membranes) to hard washing (highly contaminated and worn membranes)
Cost Improvement
Reduction in consumption of chemical materials

Frequently asked questions
- The stability and size of double-layer micro bubbles are controllable and they can travel long distances including several series membranes.
- The intensity of the physical effect of these micro bubbles can be controlled and they can be used for hard to normal cleaning.
In this method, cleaning is done both physically and chemically
Micro bubbles and their bursting cause turbidity and detachment of scaling and fouling, thus making them easier to solve with chemicals and easier to remove them.
In this method, the cleaning fluid is converted into a colloidal fluid that can contain 200% air.
In conventional methods, the nuclei that form the sediment are not removed, and in subsequent services, the rate of sediment formation is increased, but in this method, the nuclei are also destroyed
Pollution removal is done in two ways:
- Dissolving sediments in the clean solution by increasing solvent access to the sediment
- Removing of insoluble materials by turbulence and adhesion to double-layer micro bubble
